They want to keep 20 percent of my money

I ordered some hair extensions and noticed they sent me the wrong color. They said i had to return within 14 days. My Mother passed away, and so I am at about 17 days due to travel. So the gal said so sorry but since it's been a couple of days past due we will need to keep 20 percent re4stocking fee??? I said, what's that? She replied, " we need to take the hair out of the package and examine it" IDONT EVEN it!" Its 10 little peices of hair

User's recommendation: Don't even go close to losing your money.

This hair does not hold moisture. Within an hour of being washed, conditioned, using leave-in conditioner, curl enhancer, mongongoil, I look and feel like a wooly sheep with dreadlocks. The hair mats up and is nothing but a snarl. I paid nearly $800 for the hair, then had to spend another $200+ for products and I can’t go out in public with this mass of frizz. Their customer service is crap. My poor stylist is at her wits end with these people.
